1. Conditions of shipment
- EU / UE
We ship with DPD to guarantee an efficient service and fast delivery.
Delivery times in EU: 3-4 working days.
The shipping costs are free for all orders in EU/UE over €170,00.
The shipping costs are €27,00 for all orders in EU/UE under €170,00.
- U.S.A / Canada / Extra EU
Delivery to U.S.A. / Canada / and all Extra EU countries for all orders with DHL Express 2-4 working days.
Delivery times 3-4 working days.
The shipping costs are €70,00 for all orders in U.S.A. / Canada / and all Extra EU countries.
2. Order status and traceability
Traceability number is provided for each order to verify the displacements and the estimated delivery date.
3. Payment
Secure credit card payments via Stripe:
Stripe is a payment method to use your credit card directly from the website without visiting third party sites. Using this method, your order payment and confirmation from Stripe will be received promptly. In this way the order will be processed faster.
4. Claims & Returns
Any requests for returns or claims are valid only within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery of the goods. For returns, the procedure is as follows:
- The customer sends, with shipping paid by him, the goods to be returned to the address: Lavezzinifly Via degli Scaligeri 16/B 37012 Bussolengo (VR) Italy.
-When the returned goods are received at Lavezzinifly, the order will be refunded, but it will not be complete, because -22% will be deducted from the total amount, which is the VAT that is paid at the time of issue of the receipt during the purchase and -3% which are the commissions on the purchase transaction, for a total of -25%. The refund payment method will be bank wire transfer.
